Tracy Kambobe is a passionate and experienced litigator having handled numerous complex litigation matters and advising clients on the appropriate form of dispute resolution. She’s successfully argued dispositive motions and secured favorable mediation settlements for multi-million dollar corporations and lending institutions. Her practice focuses on representing clients in litigation matters involving fidelity and surety claims, construction, insurance coverage, and other general commercial disputes.
Tracy possesses a wealth of experience from the other side of the bench. Before joining Clark Hill Strasburger, she served as a pro se law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin where she worked directly with each federal judge in managing their docket, conducting legal research and analysis, and drafting court orders regarding §1983 and constitutional rights matters before the court. Prior to that and upon her completion of law school, she served as a law clerk for Justice Mary McDade in the State of Illinois Third District Appellate Court. While there she conducted legal research and analysis and drafted orders and opinions concerning both civil and criminal matters.
Tracy is licensed in the State courts of Texas, Illinois and Tennessee. And to name a few, she is also licensed in the United States District Courts of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Missouri, and the Northern District of Texas.
