Deron Roberson

Deron Roberson is a co-founder and managing shareholder of Roberson & Roberson P.A. As a Florida employment lawyer, he has represented numerous victims in Tampa Bay and throughout the state. Deron believes that skilled legal representation allows all people to level the playing field against employers and corporations.
Deron received his B.A. from the University of Florida. He also received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he focused on labor and employment law. During law school, Deron spent time with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor Office of the Solicitor General.
Upon the completion of law school, Deron worked for a boutique labor and employment law firm in South Florida. While there, he represented labor unions and its members, in arbitration. Later, he worked for an AM top 100 law firm in Tampa, FL. In that role, he represented large corporations in employment disputes.
Before establishing his own firm, Deron enjoyed a successful career as an employment lawyer for labor unions and corporations. It was not long before he realized that he was getting results for the wrong party. Since then, he has devoted his entire professional life to helping employees recover the compensation they deserve.
